Returns & Exchanges
Returns
At Cabo Collection, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the garment is faulty or does not meet the intended purpose as described in the product details. We encourage customers to carefully review product information before making a purchase to ensure it aligns with their needs. If any issues arise that meet our refund criteria, we are more than happy to assist in resolving them promptly.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for returns:
For your items to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria
- The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place and the original bag included. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Garments must be returned clean and free from any odours, stains, or marks. We are unable to accept items that have been worn or are not in a presentable condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Returns requested outside this period will not be accepted.
Returns for any other reason, including change of mind, are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
At Cabo Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within 30 days of purchase or delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price differences will be handled accordingly.
